Bildt called Ukraine facto bankrupt

”Ukraine is the de facto bankrupt and suffers from extensive corruption”. On this Saturday, April 12, said Swedish Foreign Minister Carl Bildt, during his visit to Odessa, reports “Radio Liberty”. Bildt noted the deplorable state of the Ukrainian budget, the final balance is negative, high inflation and the inability to enter the markets of external financing.
